Sensational news are out and it has been revealed that Arsenal have clinched an agreement for Valencia midfielder Juan Mata.
The Sun has reported that the Spanish international winger has told friends he is joining the Gunners in a £19m deal.
The arrival of Mata, now age 23, would be seen as a coup as Tottenham have also launched a last-ditch bid.
Barcelona are also being linked with Mata should they fail to prise Cesc Fabregas away from the Gunners.
