Manchester United Join Race To Sign Javier Pastore
Premier League champions Manchester United have joined the battle for Palermo midfielder Javier Pastore.
The Argentine international star has been a long-term target for United boss Sir Alex Ferguson and now he is firming up his interest with Inter Milan pricing Wesley Sneijder out of a move.
La Repubblica has reported that it is a two-way fight between United and Chelsea for the signature of the Palermo playmaker.
Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini expects a decision on Pastore this week.
