Wesley Sneijder Happy To Wait In The Sidelines

It has been reported that Wesley Sneijder is happy to sit on the sidelines as Inter Milan wait for Manchester United to make a firm bid for the midfielder.

Sky Sport 24 has reported that for the moment, the trail has gone cold, though United manager Sir Alex Ferguson, despite the denials, remains keen to bring Sneijder to Old Trafford.

For his part, the Dutch international ace is happy with the situation and not bothered if he ends up staying with Inter - or moving to United.

The midfielder can go either way and if United do meet Inter's asking price, he is prepared to pack his bags, but if not, then he'd happily play this season with the Nerazzurri.
